Leveraging our 50,000-square-meter intelligent production facility and KARL MAYER precision equipment, we have established an industry-unique, fully integrated, closed-loop quality control system encompassing R&D, production, and testing. Our Class 100,000 cleanroom ensures a robust weaving environment, while our quality control lab conducts over 300 batches of spot checks daily, each accompanied by authoritative SGS/BV/TÜV test reports. Our R&D center produces over 20 patented functional fabrics annually.
